Acon – Justled

Process has created an icon for an entire technology with the Nature LED lamp. Its globally patented loop design has caused a lot of attention without ever being intrusive – the hint at the good old lightbulb is discreet and carried off with an ironic twinkle in the eye. Nature has won commendations from a number of international prize committees, including the jury of the Red dot design awards. Also the LED table lamps Y and Wing are refreshingly different: With Y not only does the user save energy, the all-in-one aluminium structure meant production steps and use of raw material could also be reduced. Wing on the other hand casts a diffuse light on wide surfaces and is switched on and dimmed using a touch-sensitive pad. A gentle sweep of the finger is enough to activate the lamp. Three examples to prove that combining design and innovative technology results in surprisingly new approaches.
