115th Year Promotion of Commercial Service Industry Brand Value Innovation and Growth Program — Government Subsidies Up to 700,000 NTD, Pro Partner Helps Businesses Upgrade Their Brands!

In today's era of rapidly proliferating AI tools, brand competitiveness has become the key for businesses to break through the market. However, building a brand requires systematic strategies and long-term investment. For many companies, they often don't know how to effectively start, or lack sufficient resources for implementation.

To assist Taiwan's commercial service industry in enhancing brand value and strengthening international competitiveness, the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Department of Commerce has launched the "115th Year Promotion Plan for Innovation and Growth in Commercial Service Brand Value." This plan offers subsidies of up to NT$700,000 to guide enterprises, starting with brand strategy, in building sustainable brand assets.

Three major tutoring themes

This plan offers three mentoring directions for businesses at different stages of development:

1. Brand Value Management (Subsidy limit: NT$350,000): Assists enterprises in clarifying brand positioning, establishing brand identity systems, and enhancing brand awareness and market influence.

2. Overseas Market Layout (Subsidy Limit: NT$400,000): Assist enterprises in understanding target overseas market intelligence, completing brand localization preparations, and expanding international channels.

3. Brand Overseas Expansion (Subsidy Limit: NT$700,000): Assists companies with an existing overseas market presence in deepening local communication and engagement, thereby enhancing brand recognition in the target market.

How can the ProcessPro brand assist companies in participating in this program?

To apply for government grants and subsidies, companies must independently select consulting units with brand consulting experience to jointly propose a plan. Process Pro-Brand, as a consulting unit, provides assistance from application preparation to project implementation:

■ Brand Diagnosis and Direction Clarification: Assess the current state of the corporate brand, identify competitive advantages in the market, and confirm the most suitable guidance themes and directions for application.

■ Program Proposal Writing and Application Preparation: Pro Brand assists companies in drafting mentoring program proposals and presentation materials. We design compelling mentoring content based on the evaluation criteria (Feasibility: 30%, Effectiveness: 30%, Mentoring Theme Indicators: 40%) to increase the chances of selection.

Accompanying proposal for selection meeting: Attend the mentoring selection meeting with the company, and the Pro-Brand representative will deliver an 8-minute presentation on the mentoring unit, explaining the execution framework and mentoring advantages.

Plan Implementation: After proposal approval and signing the tripartite contract, Probrand will be responsible for implementing the guidance program. During this period, mid-term visits and final reviews will be conducted to ensure the plan achieves its intended objectives.

Eligibility Requirements

This project is open to domestic companies operating in the commercial service industry, including wholesale and retail, accommodation and food services, publishing, information and communication services, and professional, scientific, and technical services. Applicant companies must select a consulting unit to jointly submit a proposal. Each company is limited to applying for one category and one proposal per year.
