Established in 2001, Siti Steak has been accompanying Taiwanese consumers for more than 20 years. In recent years, we have found that although the original customer base is still stable, there is a gradual break in the number of customers coming into the restaurant, and the restaurant lacks a sense of freshness in the hearts of young consumers, which has led to a gradual loss of the leading position in the market.
Through this project, we hope to reorganize the brand's assets, refurbish its strategy and communication materials, and create a fresh and trendy look that is different from the past, in order to realize the brand's momentum of continuous progress and determination to keep up with the times.
