Originating from Switzerland, Process has been working for clients in Taiwan since 2005. To complement our consulting team, we are looking for a Branding Project Specialist / Consultant, who has dedicated himself/herself to the subject of branding with heart and soul and wants to accompany us on the exciting path into the future.

– Fluent in English for communication with overseas colleagues and interviewees.
– 良好的英文能力，能與國外公司人員與受訪者溝通。
– Good at using Microsoft Office software with good presentation skills.
– 善於使用電腦Microsoft Office軟體並且具良好的簡報技巧。
– Outstanding social network and good skill of communication and project management.
– 傑出的人際關係與良好的溝通、專案管理技巧。
– With good managerial skills and organizational capabilities, and able to work under high pressure.
– 良好的管理組織能力且具抗壓性。
– High-quality standards, independent, structured and precise working methods.
– 高品質標準、獨立、結構化和精確的工作方法。
– Good skills in coordination with team members and client team as well to achieve the goals of projects.
– 良好的整合合作技巧， 能與團隊與客戶完成專案目標。
– At least over 3 years of working experience in business administration, advertising or marketing, or brand design and consulting field.
– 5年以上企管顧問、公關、廣告、行銷溝通及品牌諮詢行業的相關經驗。
– Familiar with the working content and flow of branding consultancy is preferred.
– 熟悉品牌諮詢的工作內容與流程尤佳。
– Have the knowledge and skill for research and analysis of target groups and the trend of industries, and for development of brand strategy basis, including core values, vision, mission, positioning, proposition, personality, essence, story, as well as brand communication strategy.
– 具有知識與技能，以調查、分析目標族群與行業趨勢，及發展品牌策略基礎（包括：核心價值、願景、使命、定位、主張、個性、要旨、故事）和品牌溝通策略架構。
– University graduated or above, business and communications related degree preferred.
– 大學或以上學位，商業與傳播相關學位尤佳。
– Responsible for project management, research and analysis of target groups and the trend of industries, development of brand strategy basis, brand communications strategy, controlling of project invoicing, and scheduling.
– 負責專案管理、前端調查與分析（產業、客群）、品牌策略基礎與溝通策略架構發展，以及專案的收款及時程規劃。
– Work with the design team to implement the brand strategy.
– 與設計團隊合作以落實品牌策略。
－Maintain existing clients’ relationships and cultivate new business opportunities.
– 維護現有客戶關係，並從其中開發新商機。
– Explore new opportunities from new contacts.
– 與新客戶探索新的專案商機。
– Draft to prepare for pitches or proposals.
– 準備標案或提案。
– Assist the BD team to execute Business Development and Marketing activities.
– 協助商業拓展團隊執行商拓與行銷活動。
