Process is creating Swiss startup AgentSelly’s new brand image and making property sales simpler.

The property industry has not escaped the advance of digital transformation. The startup AgentSelly (previously known as Fidesso) is a transparent partner throughout the entire sales process. AgentSelly values the property, produces sales documents and 360° videos, organizes viewings and takes over all the paperwork involved in selling a property – all at no cost to the seller.

Process was commissioned to rebrand the new company, with responsibility for the three aspects of brand identity, digital branding and communications strategy.

We started by developing the brand strategy, with a new name and updated corporate design. The brand ambassador is the digital estate agent Selly, who advises customers in an authentic and appealing way. The core of the new brand is the responsive website The Typo3 platform offers calculators for valuing property and financing purchase and a “cockpit” where every step of the sales process can be tracked transparently. To launch the new brand and web presence, Process developed the communications concept and created a campaign comprising films and other marketing materials. The integrated approach ensures a consistent user experience across all channels.
