HODRMEN was founded in 2015, targeting the needs of men's skin care and aiming to become the No. 1 men's care brand in Asia, not only in Taiwan, but also in Southeast Asia. HODRMEN uses a warm, friendly and sincere attitude, a lively mindset and a variety of channels to deliver correct and professional care knowledge to customers, and to lead them to easily master the state of the skin, and to transform and reveal their true self, and to connect with people. Rebranding. Expanding Overseas Markets

HODRMEN's brand diagnosis in the second phase of the 106th Brand Taiwan Development Plan found that the planning of the brand blueprint and the establishment of a design management system is a fundamental project that must be completed before HODRMEN's expansion into the market; among the problems faced include the lack of team consensus on the brand's basic strategy, the lack of a complete brand identity system, the lack of a systematic design tool, the lack of brand management standards, and the lack of uniformity in employee awareness of the brand. human x humble = HODRMEN brand identity design with ingenuity

In order to overcome the above problems, Process assisted HODRMEN in the process of front-end analysis, brand foundation strategy, brand identity strategy, brand design application, and brand management. Finally, with the value proposition of "Specializing in men's skin care solutions for Asian subtropical climates, the perfect partner to help them confidently master their true charisma", Process put forward the brand slogan "Men's Research Specialist for Real Change" as a commitment to the consumers, and brought a brand-new feeling with the new brand identity.

The brand's new identity design conveys a sense of professionalism while demonstrating the brand's unique taste. The brand's logo is inspired by the initial H from HODRMEM, and the visual effect of positive and negative space includes two lowercase h's, which represent “human” and ”humble” respectively; the former symbolizes the human-centered approach to developing products and services that meet the skin conditions of subtropical men, while the latter demonstrates the brand's determination to keep moving forward and to continue to provide products and services for men in subtropical regions. Product Characterization Symbols

The brand identity is derived from the ancient Chinese hieroglyphic characters "水" and "川", coupled with HODRMEN's unlimited possibilities for product development, the icon design continues this foundation by defining a series of identifiers that match the performance and usage characteristics of the product, which not only enhances the consumer's memorability of the product, but also showcases HODRMEN's unique personality.

New Product Launch Press Conference

Finally, HODRMEN® has taken on a brand new look to welcome a wider consumer base. The brand management team has a high degree of consensus in brand management and is the best ambassador to promote the brand.

After the rebranding, Men's Hall held a press conference to welcome a wider consumer base with a new attitude.

As one of the few brands to develop skin care products for Asian men, HODRMEN provides men with professional advice on skin care and peace of mind, and has generated annual sales of tens of millions of dollars in just a few years since its establishment.
