GIDOR Coiffure, with nearly 100 stores, is ranked number one in Switzerland, and the Process Pro brand was responsible for the rebranding of the website. The new look emphasizes the reduction of unnecessary information and clear instructions for use. The website gidor.ch is implemented using WordPress and incorporates a geo-location system that dynamically displays opening hours and route calculations.

The redesign of the website was accompanied by a campaign with the protagonist “Guido Gidor” - and voiced by the famous actor Erich Vock. The cheeky character explains the advantages of GIDOR Coiffure in numerous radio commercials and introductory ads on YouTube. The commercials are a humorous representation of the excellent price/performance ratio of the industry leader.
