Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Taiwan, Cypress Technology (CYP) specializes in the innovation, research and development, and manufacturing of audio and video multimedia products. Over the years, CYP has become a recognized pioneer in the audio-visual equipment industry and continues to introduce a wide range of technologically advanced audio-visual products to the global market.

Brand Transformation, Finding a Unique Niche

In 2019, through the assistance and guidance of the Pro team, we will take the first step towards the success of our own brand operation. After two years, with the efforts of our internal team and the continuous tracking of the Pro team, we are gradually accumulating our brand assets.

Gathering centripetal force to promote private brands

Firstly, through internal interviews, benchmarking and competitor analysis, as well as in-depth interviews with the target customer groups, the brand foundation strategy was formulated. Next, we held a strategy consensus meeting to assist CipaTech's cross-departmental executives in fully communicating with each other, eliminating the silo effect, injecting brand building ideas into the original OEM business model, and developing a complete brand identification system. We have laid a good foundation for the operation of our own brand, so that we can accurately convey our image externally.

In the trademark, the shape of the product cube is integrated with the three letters of CYP as a symbol, which realizes the product's multi-oriented features of form and function, and incorporates the imagery of the yearly cycle of a tree, conveying the enterprise's track of stability and strength, and making the symbol and the enterprise's brand name more connective. For the overall identification application, the hexagonal shape of the logo's outer contour is used as the basic element, which can be infinitely extended and transformed into a suitable brand communication solution according to the needs of each contact point.

Based on the brand identification system, each AV system solution icon is developed to show the global view of CYPRUS Technology from the sending end to the receiving end, connecting each dynamic and organic interactive link.

Focusing on Brand Core Values and Developing Precise Communication Strategies

In order to create "Total Brand Management (TBM)" and enhance market recognition and preference, Prosperity plans brand core value transmission camps, which continue to consolidate the brand spirit internally, so that each colleague has a clear idea of the brand and implements it in brand promotion as a basis for internal and external behavior, and everyone is the best brand ambassador!

At the same time, Pro adopted the process and tools of "participatory strategic planning" and organized the "Brand Communication Camp" through the team creation method, inviting the core members of each department of SIPA to produce a quality and consensus-based strategic plan and commit to its full implementation. Afterwards, Pro integrated the content with brand value propositions and customer experience journeys, and refined them into a message house and brand communication strategy framework, which has become a powerful tool for SIPA's team to communicate with external brands and effectively accumulate brand image.

Continuous Corporate Brand Optimization Project Towards Sustainable Management

Branding is a systematic project that requires continuous investment. After all branding strategies have been implemented, the most important thing is the implementation of the brand. Since branding is a long-term goal of CipaTech, the initial stage still needs to be closely regulated and calibrated. Therefore, after evaluation by the Pro team, we must regularly track the effectiveness of the brand in a systematic way; according to the analysis and surveys, we will continue to make adjustments and optimization in order to achieve the greatest benefits.
