"Seminar on "Brand Renewal, Corporate Transformation and Rejuvenation
When we think of enterprise management, we think of five major aspects: production, marketing, human resources and financial management, including production and operation management, marketing management, human resources management, research and development management and financial management, all of which require enterprise operators to plan and strategize with a comprehensive and forward-looking perspective. For Swiss companies, branding is not an image project, but a part of business management. Investing in branding is as natural as investing in logistics or R&D, and through a networked process of brand thinking, construction and management, it can build bridges between the above five areas, linking them together, and becoming an excellent tool to unite the consensus of the enterprise. As a result, Switzerland has created world-renowned brands such as Blancpain, a watch manufacturer; Rieter, a textile machinery manufacturer; Bally, a fashion brand; and Nestle, a food and beverage manufacturer.
Headquartered in Switzerland with offices in Taipei and Shanghai, ProcessPro has more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy consulting and design services across China and the West. Through the cooperation with the China Financial Strategy Association and members of the 108th Annual China Financial Summit, Process has organized a seminar to share the value of branding for business transformation, and to exchange ideas with authoritative experts in Taiwan's related industries to help companies enhance their brand competitiveness and sustainable development.
