Congratulations! Bank of Taiwan Wins Brain Magazine's 2022 Top 10 Design Awards

Taiwan's top 10 design works are selected by the editorial department of Brainstorm to summarize the outstanding design works in the past year, integrating innovation, functionality, aesthetics, branding spirit, design integration and other comprehensive factors, and outstanding design works in the integration of brand image planning, packaging design, space design, digital multimedia design, and other aspects of the design work. This year, Process assisted the Bank of Taiwan in digital brand optimization and design, and won the award again.

The editorial team of Brainstorm saw that Process helped the Bank of Taiwan to optimize and design its digital brand, actively integrating trends and new age topics to create a Bank of Taiwan that is moving towards a new digital realm, among the many wonderful submissions.

The Bank of Taiwan has a strong brand value and position in the financial market, representing a "lifelong partner". In order to embrace the digital wave, the Bank of Taiwan, based on its rich service content and customer-centered approach, has been proactively "re-inventing the brand" in the hope of moving towards a new digital realm of contemporary significance, and continuing to gain the high level of trust from the public in the Bank of Taiwan.

For this reason, ProActive assisted the Bank of Taiwan in launching a digital brand image study and design specification project, aiming to convey the Bank of Taiwan's corporate philosophy and spiritual culture, effectively promote its digital financial business and enhance its overall corporate image, so as to create a consistent and high degree of brand identity and user experience both internally and externally.

Without altering the original logo, we worked together with the Bank of Taiwan team to explore the history and cultural lineage of the brand, as well as to clarify the principles and methods of future application, defining the style, supporting graphics, colors, icons, illustrations, fonts, and other identifying elements, to increase the convenience of use and ease of management. At the same time, based on the optimal adaptability of the identification elements in the digital environment, we extended the design of the dynamic logo and the identification system for each of its services, developing a brand design system specification that is both coherent and rich in change.

According to Brain Magazine, the highlight of the design is: "The identification design utilizes the intersecting variations of Taiwan Silver's rounded arcs, and with the use of dynamic design, not only competes with the power of roundness and inclusiveness, but also strengthens the modern sense of neatness and demonstrates Taiwan Silver's classic inheritance imagery.
