Competitive Transformation From OEM to ODM to OBM
As an OEM company, Jadelong Industrial has extended its business to private labeling, and the challenges faced at the beginning of its professional career were the lack of a brand foundation and the establishment of a brand identification system to serve as the basis for entering the Taiwan and overseas markets. Internally, the members of the company were faced with a new brand and business entity, and the management team needed to reach a consensus and have a consistent idea about the private label. Externally, how to emphasize the professional and high quality of the brand's pen and pencil products, and how to make the brand more quickly trusted and used by the market and consumers were also important challenges for AWERITE at the beginning of its establishment.

AWERITE's identity demonstrates a slightly high-profile, dedicated and supportive brand personality. Incorporating the "pen tip" imagery into the structure of the letter "A", the logo design is created through dynamic design thinking, and utilizes the broken design of the logo extension line to strengthen the visual guidance of brand communication and embody the brand spirit of creativity and support. In terms of color, the rational nature of the professional sense of understanding and trust into the emotional factors portraying the brand's differentiation, creating a unique brand image.
