The ProcessPro brand realizes the new brand identity of Swiss start-up AgentSelly and makes real estate sales easier.
The real estate industry is being hit by the digital transformation. The start-up AgentSelly (formerly Fidesso) offers its customers a transparent sales process. AgentSelly offers real estate estimates, sales document production and 360° videos of real estate objects, as well as appointments for viewings and the handling of all documents accompanying a real estate sale - all free of charge for the seller.
AgentSelly commissioned Process Pro Brands to rebrand the new brand and was responsible for three components: brand identity, digital branding and communication strategy.
Developing the brand strategy, brand naming and updating the corporate identity design were the top priorities. Digital broker Selly is the brand ambassador, advising clients in an authentic and engaging way. A responsive website, www.agentselly.ch, is at the heart of the new brand, with calculator functionality on the Typo3 platform for property and loan estimates, and a cockpit 'cockpit' function for clear visibility and follow-through on all steps of the sales process. To launch the new brand and website, Process developed a communication concept and created a campaign that included videos and other marketing materials. This integrated approach ensured a consistent user experience across all touch points.
