Creating a new brand with "high relevance" to corporate customers

Tripresso has a thorough understanding of CTS' market environment, competitors and customer profile. Therefore, Tripresso further planned face-to-face interviews with the corporate customer base to understand their perceptions, attitudes, and feelings towards CTS, in order to gain in-depth insights into the pain points and benefits of customers, which would serve as the basis for branding and storytelling. Tripresso also held a brand design consensus meeting, which was designed to capture the source of design inspiration and build team consensus through sensory symbols workshops, in order to create a brand with a high degree of relevance to customers.

COMMEET's logo design utilizes the concepts of Come and Meet, which are the components of the brand name, to connect the core needs of business travelers' "meeting". Through the visual representation of the brand identity, it not only expresses the ability to quickly solve various business trip problems through a one-stop system, but also symbolizes the connectivity between points A and B of the trip, providing people with the best adapted trip solutions.

Create a professional and easy-to-use brand atmosphere

Through customer journey interviews, we have learned about the inconvenient pain points of travel services in common enterprises. In terms of design, in order to present both a professional image and an easy-to-use atmosphere, Process flexibly utilizes auxiliary graphics, icons, and illustrations to match the variable and dynamic qualities, demonstrating the flexibility of brand identity and communication, and reversing the impression of a busy travel scene so that each journey can be more stable and steady.
