WALRUS was founded in 1967 as a leading pump brand in Taiwan, and has led the industry in completing the branding of its customers in 2012, with its slogan "WALRUS is dedicated to water" and its mascot deeply rooted in people's hearts. In order to ensure that employees and potential talents perceive WALRUS' employer brand image as positively as the customer brand, we have commissioned Pro to assist in the implementation of the Employer Branding Project, in the hope of introducing this international mindset and experience into the company, and to establish the strategic foundation and appearance of the Employer Brand.

WALRUS will expand its operations and recruit more talents to meet the next milestone, hoping to accurately convey the brand spirit through the establishment of an employer brand, which will be closer to the expectations and needs of employees and potential talents, thus increasing the company's visibility and evaluation in the human resources market, attracting talents to seek employment, and in particular, increasing the willingness of young people to work in traditional industries.
Through interviews with the WALRUS core management team and target customers, as well as employer branding meetings, the Pro team was able to find out the relevance of the brand to the target customers through the participation of internal staff and understanding of potential employees.

We're WALRUS Oi Pumps Corporate Family Spirit
The core message of the WALRUS pumps employer brand is "Dedicate yourself to excellence, a better life emerges because of you". By establishing an image for each department and using the walrus as the core axis linking each department, the role-playing of the walrus, together with the symbols of the different professions, demonstrates that WALRUS emphasizes on each and every talent and treats its employees as a part of the enterprise.
The theme of the communication is "We're WALRUS", which shows that WALRUS is a family and a team. In the future, according to the different occasions and mediums of employer branding, we can use We're as the beginning, such as We're caring, We're expert, and so on. The visual representation of the brand's energetic and creative image, as well as the characteristics of each department, indicates that the company values different professions and expects its employees to be proud of being WALRUS employees, so that Fresh can feel the company's care, respect for employees and willingness to create a space for exchange of ideas.
