TASTy

OUR TASTy MOMENT

Upgrading the brand to keep up with the times, linking up the delicious memories of every generation. Established in 2001, Siti Steak has been accompanying Taiwanese consumers for more than 20 years. In recent years, we have found that although the original customer base is still stable, there is a gradual break in the number of customers coming into the restaurant, and the restaurant lacks a sense of freshness in the hearts of young consumers, thus losing its leading position in the market gradually. Through this project, we hope to reorganize the brand's assets, refurbish the strategy and communication materials, and at the same time create a fresh and trendy look that is different from the previous one, which truly reflects the brand's motivation to keep improving and its determination to keep up with the times.

Our TASTy Moment!

Through brand analysis and research on young customers, Pro has refined a new brand concept, "Our TASTy Moment", together with the Westbank team. Instead of simply focusing on meals as the core demand of the restaurant brand, Pro has used "TASTy Moment" as an entry point to communicate with the young generation of consumers, and to emphasize Westbank's relaxing atmosphere and service, so that every customer can spend a wonderful "TASTy Moment" with their relatives, friends, and lovers. This is to strengthen the relaxed dining atmosphere and service, so that every customer can have a wonderful "TASTy Moment" with his/her family, friends and lovers.

Reinventing the classic image to create a relaxing time to gather together.

The new brand identity design retains the original brand assets of Seatech, and through graffiti style handwritten font design and illustration, it creates a brand personality that is trendy, relaxed and easy to use, and communicates with the young generation with a different and fresh image, which also reflects Seatech's brand promise to keep up with the times and continue to provide consumers with a sense of freshness in the future.

Improve brand touchpoints and create surprise brand experiences

Through the customer experience journey, Pro helps Seatech inventory the complete process from customers' arrival to departure, and integrates the new brand identity into the store card, menu, and space visual design, hoping that customers can be surprised at every moment of their dining experience at Seatech, and optimizing the overall dining experience and process for the customers.
