In order to assist Chia Hong in establishing a new brand, the Pro team collected and analyzed data in the early stages to understand the needs and preferences of Chia Hong's customers in the international market, to identify the differentiation and brand positioning in the target market, and to interview the target customer groups. After sufficient data collection, the Pro team led the core brand team to sort out the brand foundation in the brand strategy consensus meeting, and to develop a brand name in Chinese and English that has a high degree of relevance to the brand strategy.
