In order to overcome the above problems, Process assisted HODRMEN in the process of front-end analysis, brand foundation strategy, brand identity strategy, brand design application, and brand management. Finally, with the value proposition of \"Specializing in men's skin care solutions for Asian subtropical climates, the perfect partner to help them confidently master their true charisma\", Process put forward the brand slogan \"Men's Research Specialist for Real Change\" as a commitment to the consumers, and brought a brand-new feeling with the new brand identity.

\nThe brand's new identity design conveys a sense of professionalism while demonstrating the brand's unique taste. The brand's logo is inspired by the initial H from HODRMEM, and the visual effect of positive and negative space includes two lowercase h's, which represent \u201chuman\u201d and \u201dhumble\u201d respectively; the former symbolizes the human-centered approach to developing products and services that meet the skin conditions of subtropical men, while the latter demonstrates the brand's determination to keep moving forward and to continue to provide products and services for men in subtropical regions.
