In the modern, ever-changing marketplace, the new generation's expectations of the workplace are no longer limited to salary and benefits. They are more interested in the realization of their personal values, expect companies to provide them with diversified learning opportunities, and hope to participate in decision-making, innovation, and even exert positive influence on society at work.

For SME owners, responding to these expectations and building an effective employer brand is key to attracting and retaining young talent. Companies can empower young talent through internship programs that allow them to realize their potential in a real workplace environment and develop professional skills and teamwork. The internship program enables the new generation to find personal value and a sense of achievement, and encourages them to solve problems with innovative thinking, bringing new ideas and vitality to the company, and further promoting the growth and development of both the company and the talents.

In response to such expectations, Process welcomed several new partners to join us on a journey through the internship program in July and August.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In this internship program, each intern has been working in different positions, be it consulting or designing, they have faced challenges, broken through themselves and experienced the real brand operation. We have invited these partners to share their experiences with us, not only to record their growth, but also to provide valuable advice and inspiration to the younger students.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Opportunities to Participate in the Internship Program: Exploring Future Potentials<\/h3>

Some interns hope to gain an in-depth understanding of the workplace culture and further explore their own professional strengths and weaknesses through corporate internships. They believe that internship is a valuable opportunity not only to learn through practical projects, but also to enhance their ability to cope with challenges. Some interns were passionate about brand design and hoped to take this opportunity to be exposed to the practical aspects of branding operations and to be involved in the whole process from brand analysis to design through cross-departmental collaboration. This experience gives them a glimpse of their future possibilities.

Emma, Consultant Intern, says, \"Puro is everywhere in our daily lives, from Wang Pin Steak to Q Burger, all of which are examples of how we work closely with the Puro brand. It's an ideal place for students who are curious about branding, like me.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Learning and Challenges in Internships: Bridging the Classroom to the Workplace<\/h3>

The interns realized the gap between the theories they learned in school and their practical application in brand consultancy and design projects. Whether it was time management, responding to client needs, or being flexible in adjusting strategies, these were all practical skills that they could not experience in school. Interns also learned how to respond quickly to different challenges and apply what they learned in real-life situations under the guidance of senior colleagues.

Ryan, a consultant intern, says that the most important thing in the workplace is to be able to react quickly and make the most appropriate solution for different situations.

Yabe, a design intern, also said, \"The biggest difference between an internship and studying in school is that you have to put your heart and soul into achieving the client's preferred style, and make practical works while meeting the brand's needs, which is the most important thing.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Biggest lesson: Teamwork for a better future!<\/h3>

This period of time is not only an accumulation of professional skills, but also an experience of cross-departmental cooperation. From brand consultants to designers, we worked closely together, sharing ideas and accomplishing each project together. This collaborative experience allowed the interns to deeply understand the complexity and multidimensionality behind brand image building. In addition to the application of theories, they also learned how to create the best solutions for clients through effective communication and teamwork.

Looking back on the internship, the interns emphasized the importance of cross-departmental collaboration. They found that the biggest difference between school work and real workplace projects is the need to constantly adjust and adapt, as well as the need to maintain effective communication at all times. These experiences not only helped them to improve their professional skills, but also gave them a better understanding of the direction of their future career development.

Message to students: Challenges build confidence.<\/h3>

Finally, the interns shared their advice to their younger siblings: all students who have the opportunity to participate in an internship are encouraged to challenge themselves and to keep an open mind, whether they are looking for an internship or facing an unknown field. Internship is a learning process, and it is only through growing from challenges that you can be more confident in your future career.
