Relevant research also shows that maintaining consistent brand messaging across platforms can increase brand revenue by up to 231%. This demonstrates that an increase in content volume does not necessarily improve the likelihood of the brand being clearly understood. This is not merely a matter of tool implementation, but rather reflects a deeper underlying issue. In the long run, this actually damaged the brand's core positioning as a \"financial partner for consumers.\" Ultimately, Klarna re-evaluated the necessity of human review and shifted towards a \"gig economy\" model for its live customer service, similar to Uber. This case demonstrates that without a clear brand communication strategy as a foundation, the adoption of AI tools can lead to a dilemma between efficiency gains and damage to brand value. When different departments and individuals operate AI, it becomes difficult to maintain a consistent brand tone and message.\n<br><br>In the long run, what brands accumulate in the market will not be clear perceptions, but confusion.
