Market Development Manager
What you might have
More than 3+ years experiences in branding agency in China, with bachelor degree or above, major in branding, marketing, business, anthropology, sociology or psychology related.
Professional knowledge in branding, corporate identity/marketing management/market research/ consultant projects, and experience in business/economy/marketing.
Systematic understanding of brand strategy and design workflow.
Self-motivated and ability to cooperate with team members to make full use of their advantages, capable of managing and controlling multiple projects at the same time.
Be enthusiastic to customers and colleagues and have good communication skills.
Excellent briefing skills and coordination negotiation ability.
Creatively bold thinking with high standard professional working attitude.
Good interpersonal network relationship and outstanding customer management skills. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
What you could bring…
Develop the client relationship in the West China market.
Prepare for pitches or proposal and responsible for the sales performance of Process Chengdu.
Plan and execute the annual plan for sales and marketing proposal for Process Chengdu.
Responsible for the Process Chengdu marketing related activities, events, newsletters, social media and other digital platforms.
Find the suitable platform or media for cooperation or introduction of the company. Develop and execute throughpartner co-marketing campaigns, including joint messaging.
Assure a strategic, proactive approach to client and influencers who add value to Process Chengdu and consistently evolve. Networking and promoting the company reputation.
Work with the team to conduct brand research, brand structure analysis, consumer process, brand foundation and brand positioning as well as other strategic analysis
