What you might have
More than 3+ years experiences in branding agency in China, with bachelor degree or above, major in branding, marketing, business, anthropology, sociology or psychology related.
Professional knowledge in branding, corporate identity/marketing management/market research, and experience in business/economy/marketing.
Systematic understanding of brand strategy and design workflow.
Be good at establishing effective research model and making professional analysis and summary.
Excellent management skills and ability to lead team members to make full use of their advantages, capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
Comprehensive and forward-looking logical thinking and good aesthetic appreciation for outstanding design.
Be enthusiastic to customers and colleagues and have good communication skills.
Excellent Briefing Skills and Coordination Negotiation Ability.
Good interpersonal network relationship and outstanding customer management skills. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
What you could bring…
Lead the team to conduct brand research, brand structure analysis, consumer process, brand foundation and brand positioning as well as other strategic analysis.
Provide professional project presentation, conduct quotation and process management to clients. Arrange teamwork assignment and process management and other internal project supervision work.
Be responsible for the briefing logic of the project or proposal.
Work with design team to implement brand strategy to design development stage. Develop the customer relationship in the West China market.
Maintain existing customer relationship and assist sales department to provide brand consulting service to potential customers.
Regularly write the case final report of completed projects and professional articles related to the brand.
Responsible for reporting and communicating periodic work results in English to regional consultants, directors and CEOs.
