Foregrounding in-house communication
During restructuring in 2006, Swisscom decided to revamp «Piazza», its in-house magazine. Process created a solid concept providing a common communication platform for all of Swisscom's departments and went on to project-manage the layout, picture editing and production of 13 issues over three years. In 2008, «Piazza» appeared in Swisscom's new corporate design and featured innovative cross-media penetration. «Piazza» has played a key role in cementing the revitalised corporate identity within Swisscom.
