Process successfully created and designed Coop Group Switzerland's annual reports for 2006 and 2007. Both designs placed human effort at their centre. The annual report for 2006 looked backstage to profile the people in the Coop Group who were responsible for its enduring success. The 2007 report highlighted selected encounters between the Coop and its customers, employees and suppliers.
