Peka has been developing and manufacturing innovative runner fittings for the kitchen and furniture trade for more than 40 years. The firm had previously bought in its stainless steel baskets and shelves, so making use of its existing metalworking expertise to bring its own shelving solutions onto the market was the next logical step. Besides developing a modular concept with smart features, Process was faced with the challenge of defining a unique, overarching product language for a range of runners and a cleaning cupboard that would make them easily identifiable – even without a logo! This new visual idiom, which we call «Libell», will open up market opportunities for Peka throughout the home.
